Within New Zealand:

 

Your shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Items in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days. Or Items will be dispatched with 1 business days after receiving them from our suppliers.

 

For small items, we use delivery services such as Fastway, Courier Post, and PBT, with delivery typically taking 1-5 business days.

Auckland: 1-2 Working Days

North Island: 1-3 Working Days

South Island: 2-4 working Days

Please Note: Getting parcel to a rural address may take longer than getting parcel to an urban address.

Large items are shipped via logistics companies like Toll, usually arriving within 1-10 business days, excluding exceptional circumstances.

 

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before making your purchase to avoid delays in your project timeline.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase from Jinghong Bathroom & Kitchen. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, we have clear and straightforward procedures in place to facilitate a seamless experience for you.
 
We understand the importance of trust and satisfaction in every transaction. Therefore, our return & exchange policy is focused on providing you with the assurance that your needs are met, and that we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction.

Before purchasing:

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return any order to us.

​

Defective or damaged product:​

Please contact us immediately, we will arrange the service, replacement for you shortly.

Returns:​​

Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • Please contact us within 7 days and the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

  • The original purchase receipt or order confirmation is provided.

​Returns Due to Change of Mind:

If your return is due to change of mind, you will ask to pay a restocking fee and courier the item back to us at your expense. 

​

Restocking Fee for Retail Merchants: 20%.

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product is faulty in which case we will pay the cost of shipping (Fee for return and replacement).

No Return/Exchange:

  • The item is returned over14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Used/Damaged

  • It is not in its original condition

  • Sale Items

  • Non-stock, indented, manufactured to order or custom-made products cannot be cancelled once ordered and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds: 

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
